Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy – Lucky Dog Rescue

Thank you for supporting Lucky Dog Rescue. As purchases help fund animal rescue and care, we aim to keep policies clear and fair.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped or entered processing.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your name
• Order number
• Date of purchase

We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

Subscription or Recurring Purchases (If Offered)

If subscription boxes or recurring donations/products are offered:

• Subscription changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing date.
• Once a subscription order has processed, it cannot be canceled for that shipment.

Event Tickets & Fundraising Purchases

Tickets, donations, and fundraising purchases are generally non-refundable, as funds are immediately allocated to rescue operations.

Refund Method

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.
